This dental office is a nightmare! My two children waited for two hours for the lady at front desk to check our dental insurance, which she could of done 6 weeks ago when we make appointment! By the time she finally can help us and get of the phone, it's 5pm. The office is closed and she said they can't extend their office hour. For two hours, my kids never seen the dentist because the lady couldn't get work done ahead of time. What waste of time there. Office waiting area was noisy, there were about 15 people in the small room and not enough chairs. My kids sit on the floor for the whole time. It was nightmare!
