I had appt at 2:30, arrived at 2:10, one patient ahead of me. At 3 pm, dental asst finance arrives, she proceeds to take him in, by 3:30 I lost my patient and ask the unprofessional rude front desk receptionist if I have to wait until her finance is done, she gets nasty and says he's only getting x-rays, at 3:45 I'm finally called in, just be seated in one of the back room, again waiting. By 4 I get up and walk back to the front desk, as I am passing the first room, there is the dentist working on asst's finance, That was very uncalled for, I requested a refund and told them I was filing a complaint. Place is dirty, staff are rude, this place should be closed down
