the actual dentist and some of the staff are very nice. the office manager I could over hear putting down other staff members. the only bad thing about going here is the wait, if you have 3 or 4 hours to spare for a cleaning, go here, if not, go somewhere else.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!The dentist accepts Medicaid patients and is then patronizing and rude to them. My friend went there and was drilled about his finances and who he lives with.He's on disability as approved by the state and has insurance through a company that is accepted by the office - that's more than enough of what the dentist needs to know. HOWEVER,he went as far as asking my friend if he "lives with mommy"-seriously.seriously. Ok, first off my friend's mom is DEAD;secondly, the dentist's job is to FIX TEETH- not investigate his patients' medicaid eligibility. He also did this to another friend of mine who, bless her heart is very noticeably sick with her disability so, it wasn't just a one-off occurrence with my male friend who isn't obvious.This jerk of a dentist is clearly violating the privacy and dignity of the disabled. All this after both of my friends weren't even seen until after an HOUR AFTER their scheduled appointments!

I absolutely disagree, i went here a couple of days ago, because I had a extremely bad tooth ache, I called to see if they could fit me in as a emergency, the lady i spoke with had said they had no room but that she would try to fit me in but that i would probably have to wait awhile. I showed up 15min prior to the time she put me down for and filled out paper work which was a bit lengthy but nothing less I was seen within 20 min, the doctor was extremely nice as well as the staff and they even provided me with information regarding ins. that would cover the procedures i needed to get done. I will definitely be coming there again.

Not everyone its gonna have the same experience when it comes to healthcare. It all depends on the emergency or what procedure one is getting done. I used to use the reviews to judge places but not anymore. Sometimes people get out of bed with the wrong foot. My experience in the office was great. Went in, sign in my name, filled out paperwork (more than 10 pages), got my xrays done, got sat down in a room and 10 minutes later the doctor came. He basically when over my treatment and a couple of minutes later, a girl from the front desk came with the prices. Overall I was there probably for like a little more than an hour. Overall my experience was normal and straight forward.

If I could give no stars, I would. The staff has absolutely no manners at all, they hang up in the middle of your phone call. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Since the first appointment for my grandmother's dentures, it has been 8 months and she still doesn't have them. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone and even in the office. The lobby will be full of people waiting and there are four people behind the desk laughing and making jokes among themselves not caring about anything. Horrible, don't go there for anything, it's not worth the time, the money, or the nerves.

Absolutely the worst dentist I've ever encountered. These fools couldn't even take an x-ray correctly. First x-rays by tech were somehow LOST in the computer as they couldn't figure out how to save them. Second set were sideways and they couldn't figure out how to rotate them. Then they tried to say the insurance wouldn't cover the crown or root canal at the set price per the insurance. Called Humana and they were wrong. Confronted them and they had no explanation. I wouldn't let these guys clip my toenails let alone work on my teeth.

Very pleased with my care. Dentist was very cordial and professional I was on vacation and lost a filling. This dentist actually did a more thorough job than the one back home. A minor billing error was quickly corrected with no hassle.

I thought the office staff was awesome. After explaining my youngest daughter was scared of Dentist they tried everything to calm her down. U believe ut was the office manager that took the time an even offered to sit with my daughter. Everyone was very friendly the office was clean. I would definitely recommend telling ppl to visit them. After my upsetting visit with Dr Blankenship, who specializes in pefiatric, i would say this office was 10xs better. Thank you ladies for all your help.

I read the reviews before my appointment. DO NOT GO TO A DENTIST IN THE MALL! Very unprofessional! Wait time is awful. I will never go back. The facility was clean. Availability stinks! At this time they only had a dentist on fridays. Also, Do not go there if you are being referred to oral surgery.... This location doesn't do oral surgery.

I scheduled a appointment , the day before I was called and told the dentist had an emergency which I understood so I rescheduled a month the later. I was walking into the mall 15 mins prior to my appointment to be called again to be told I'm sorry the doctor can't make it... What a joke.... Do not go here!!!!

Worst Dentist Office. Went there with a tooth ache the dentist did a filing A WEEK later began to get pain in that same tooth. Called the office waited 10 mins on hold for them to tell me “oh not sure why, maybe it’s a different tooth” they wouldn’t schedule an appointment I have to call insurance company see where else I was able to go bc this office is an absolue JOKE. I go to a different dentist and needed a root canal, asked the dentist should I have even had a filing and he said no any dentist would have seen it and automatically said you needed a root canal. This office is a joke! Unprofessional and a scam.

I had a very bad experience with this dental office. I was told a week ago, this office could make a soft night teeth guard and the price. When I went in for the appointment, the front desk said there would be a $33.00 charge for the impression to be made. I was called in to see the dentist, and I showed him the old guard that I was wanting to replace. He says we do make soft guards, and dismissed me. I naturally, asked for a refund. The office manager was very rude and says there would be no refund. This dentist never looked in my mouth and was in the room all of 5 minutes. If this is not a rip-of, I would like to know what is.

I knew the reviews were horrible for this facility but being a snowbirder and thinking that cementing a cap that fell off my tooth was simple enough to keep me out of trouble would work. Boy was I mistaken. Over 90 minute wait. Required that I contact my carrier to fax authorization-despite my sharing proof of insurance with them. Also had to complete ridiculously lengthy medical forms as well as legal forms that unburdened them from any legal responsibilities. The dentist was arrogant and condescending and of course could not put the cap back on my tooth. What an experience. Avoid like the plague.

Had a crown break off this afternoon & since office hours were until 9:00 pm, I went there. What a waste of time - the only person there was the receptionist. Why bother to have hours until 9:00 pm & open on Sunday when no one is there!

Sierra the office mgr. called the police on me because I told her how terrible they are. She made a false police report trying to cover up their messing up all of my appts. Now I have to jump through hoops to get the $46.66 Delta Dental paid Throne Sq Mall Dental that should have been paid to me because I paid for my services out of my pocket.

Don't go there! Unprofessional girl who answers phone! If she doesn't like your issue... Like my insurance said they paid...office says they didn't... She leaves you on hold- forever! Girl who answers phone also thinks she knows what a Dentist knows! Left me with a gum infection injuring my gums because SHE thinks antibiotic they gave me should of been enough!!!! Went to another Dentist he prescribed a better antibiotic and steroid pack...because it was serious!

My son is so scared of previous dentist. The pediatric dentist they have now is wonderful, she is so good with my son and I feel the care she gives him is great. The staff could use a little help but for the most part I feel this is a great office.

If you schedule a 10:00 apt. you wont be seen until 12:00. Plan on spending the entire day here and if you ask, they will tell you this is true, they do not care and have no control. They make them schedule way too many people at the same time. And when it is finally your turn most likely there will not be time for a procedure and the apt. will be rescheduled. Happened to me 3 times.

So discusted with this place. I've had 5 appointments canceled so far. And they havent gotten to actually fixing my teeth yet. 2 of them I never got a call. The one appointment they actually were able to follow through with I was in the waiting room for 3 hours and had to wait another hour for the dentist to come in. And then they asked me to rescegule my cleaning while I was in the chair for it because theh were short handed.

Should be ranked 0 Stars. I believe everyone who works here is an illegal immigrant. I would ask them to provide you with some form of US identification paperwork first. Secondly, the most important thing is always the customer. Their philosophy is the complete opposite. Had I not had one arm in a sling from surgery, and being disabled with a fractured hip, I would have slapped that dude who looks like he is a member of AlQueda. Completely disprectful and wants to argue with customers all day and talk down to them and treat them like shit. They will make you wait and wait and wait and wait , wait 2 more weeks, wait a couple months etc etc.. wasting your time ... once you speak up for yourself forever you will be blacklisted in their medical records so they can use this as ammo the next time you come in.

I have been trying to call to find out about a Spanish-speaking friend's appointment time and they kept me on hold for 17 MINUTES! They asked me to hold 2 times, never got a response from them! I'm usually very afraid to deal with the dentist . The dentist here is excellent. The people that work there are also excellent. I'm very happy with my teeth. I thought he was going to have to pull all my bottom teeth but instead he just fixed him and I had no pain whatsoever. I would highly recommend them even to chickens like me

Absolutely the worst. We on Medicare are treated horribly. The front desk staff are rude. The past 2 times I had an appt at a certain time, someone who's appt was scheduled a half hour AFTER mine, was called back after I had already been sitting and waiting for over an hour. The person called in before me was there 10 minutes. When I made them aware of their mistake ( which wasn't any mistake) I was told they will take care of it, which was what I was told my previous appt. They did nothing to correct it. They NEVER answer their phones so you can make an appt, and I have to call my Insurance to verify they received my paperwork in regards to approval for dental work, which today, it's been 2 weeks since my appt and my Insurance still hasn't received any request for approval. They need to fire both front desk employees or better yet, shut the whole office down. I'm hoping with any luck I will finally be able to eat and have teeth to chew with.

This place is terrible. Dentist Ospina accidentally drilled a hole under my tongue. The wait is extremely long because they always over booked. They only did luxury cleaning as they could charge me extra & won’t do basic cleaning like I asked & that my insurance would have covered the basic cleaning but they just won’t do that. This place will try to rip you off. Unprofessional attitude. I do not recommend this place. Stay away.
