POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I called to reschedule my daughters appointment due to transportation issues and gave a 24 hour notice. I spoke with the office manager, Laurie and she was extremely rude with me because I didn't give a 48 hour notice to change my appointment. I was also informed that she would be sending me a bill for $40.00 due to the notice time. Really disappointed with their service.
