Would not recommend this practice if you have dental insurance. My wife was an implant patient and we paid in advance. When the insurance claim was settled we had overpaid. We received a partial refund, but have never received the correct amount. Office personnel told us and Insurance Explanation of Benefits means nothing. Very frustrating.
