While I really enjoyed the Hygenist, Ester, Dr. Evert was condescending and rude with her bedside manner. I won't be back. I don't think that she realizes how she comes off and I'll chalk that up to her young age but as a 56 year old woman, I don't want to be spoken to the way she spoke to me. She kept saying OK? after every single sentence. like I was a child that was being reprimanded and that's no way to earn trust. Her tone was also loud and discomforting. I post this in the hopes that she will read it and realize that folks want to be appealed to in a more personal manner and it will help her to relate to her patients better. I wish her much luck with her practice and hope that this is helpful.
