I don't know if you are the same dentist who left Flint Mi. years ago. You don't have a picture. But if you are and practiced at Hamilton Health Care services I wanted to write you and let you know that the crown you made for me was too tight and you broke my other crown at the root now I have this crown that's separated and made a gap in my mouth.I'm sooo embarrassed. I don't smile in pictures anymore and its very painful. I cant afford impants. that's why I got the crowns in the first. I don't want dentures.
