I have simply no idea how this place has any stars at all. The office staff is rude, uneducated and does not know what they are doing. As well, the dentist Dr. Chu Kai Liang is a piss poor excuse for a dentist. He gets highly upset with you when you don't do what ever choices he has made for you. I felt like I was being BULLIED into doing whatever he wanted me to. I was not comfortable with it. It seems as if he was all after MILKING MY COMMERCIAL INSURANCE. Run from this place.

wow i believe the other review. he does attempt to bully you into doing whatever he want. he also filed false claims to my insuracne company. dental smiles is where he is working now. don't go there.
